These terms ("Voucher Terms") govern your use of the BGMI UC voucher (the "Voucher") made available to you through the relevant distribution partner channel. In case of conflict between any distribution partner terms and these Voucher Terms in relation to the Voucher, these Voucher Terms shall prevail. For the purposes of these Voucher Terms, "Swag Entities" shall mean, collectively, Escrow Stack Private Limited (the operator of Swag (as defined below)) and Kinvrs Private Limited (authorised to distribute Vouchers). Redemption 1. This Voucher can be redeemed only on Swag (swag.gg/bgmi) ("Swag") and requires a Swag account. To redeem: log in, enter your BGMI User ID, then enter your Voucher code and PIN under 'Have a BGMI Gift Voucher Code?'. The associated UC pack is auto-selected for confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, creation and use of a Swag account, and redemption of the Voucher, are subject to these Voucher Terms, Swag Store Terms of Service and the Swag Privacy Policy (available at swag.gg). Redemption may be refused where the Voucher Terms, the Swag Store Terms of Service or the Swag Privacy Policy are not complied with. 2. UC is credited directly to the BGMI account associated with the User ID entered at the time of redemption. Swag Entities are not responsible for UC credited to an incorrect account due to a wrong User ID entered by the user and once UC is credited against the BGMI User ID entered, the Voucher is deemed fully redeemed and no refund, reversal or replacement shall be provided. 3. UC delivery is typically instant after redemption but may take up to 24 hours depending on server load. If UC is not received within this window, contact Swag support with your Voucher details. Validity & Usage 4. Once issued, this Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed and no refund will be processed for expired Vouchers. 5. Each Voucher can be redeemed only once. After redemption, the Voucher balance is fully consumed and cannot be reused. 6. Partial redemption is not allowed. The full Voucher value must be redeemed in a single transaction. 7. Multiple Vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single order, and Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, cashback, or discount. 8. Cashback and promotional offers are not applicable on Voucher redemptions. Safekeeping & Misuse 9. It is the user's responsibility to keep the Voucher code and PIN confidential. Swag Entities will not replace, reissue, or reset lost, stolen, or shared Voucher codes or PINs. 10. This Voucher is for individual personal use only and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, pledged or otherwise dealt with, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by the Swag Entities in writing. Swag Entities reserve the right to cancel a Voucher, without liability, if duplicity, fraud, or unauthorised use is suspected. General 11. UC can only be used within BGMI for in-game purchases (Royale Pass, outfits, skins, crates, etc.), holds no real-world monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred outside the game. 12. Swag acts as an authorised distribution channel for BGMI UC. All UC usage within BGMI, and the continued availability of BGMI itself, are governed by KRAFTON's Terms of Service and BGMI's end-user licence agreement. Any distribution partner through which the Voucher is made available acts as an independent third party. 13. Pricing and availability of Vouchers are determined by KRAFTON and Swag Entities and are subject to change without prior notice. 14. In no event shall Released Parties' (as defined below) aggregate liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of any Voucher exceed the value of the Voucher. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Swag Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors (together, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Vouchers. 15. For any redemption issues or disputes, contact Swag support within 7 days with your Voucher details and order information. 16. By redeeming this Voucher, you agree to these Voucher Terms and to Swag Store Terms of Service and Swag Privacy Policy available at swag.gg. 17. These Voucher Terms shall be subject to the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions as set out in the Swag Store Terms of Service. 18. The Swag Entities shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Voucher Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, pandemic, government action, regulatory change, internet or telecommunications outage, BGMI service downtime, distribution partner system failure, or denial-of-service or similar attacks. 19. The user shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) the user's breach of these Voucher Terms or the Swag Store Terms of Service; (b) any misuse, fraudulent use, resale or unauthorised transfer of the Voucher by or attributable to the user; or (c) any violation of applicable law by the user in connection with the Voucher.
