3. Gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
4. Gift card may be claimed only once and is non-refundable, non-transfferablenon-cancellable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.
5. Partial redemption is allowed and the balance can be used for multiple payments via the app until the balance is exhausted or expired.
6. Signing up on LUZO app / website is mandatory to redeem the gift card.
7. The gift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
8. Please inform the outlet about your reservation through LUZO upon your arrival and show the booking message to have a hassle-free experience.
9. Before purchasing, please ensure that a LUZO partner outlet is available near your location for redemption.
10. LUZO shall not be liable for the experience at the partner outlet as we only assist in fulfilling the reservations with the special offers.

12. The team at LUZO will make its best efforts to resolve an extreme situation if the outlet refuses to accept the payment on the app. In case such an event occurs, please call the LUZO helpline at +919136142432 immediately. LUZO will not be responsible for cases reported post the booking time.
13. LUZO reserves the right to cancel the orders placed by eligible users if the transaction is found to be of fraudulent nature.
14. LUZO reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer, or discontinue it at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to users.
