- Steps to Complete Before Visiting the Salon
- Log in to the Naturals Wallet portal: https://naturalswallet.woohoo.in/en-gb/wallet/login
- Enter your registered mobile number and click Continue.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click Verify.
- Provide the required details, including First Name, Last Name, and other mandatory information.
- Click on Add Card, enter the Card Number and Card PIN, and select Add Card to complete the process.
- Step to redeem
- Visit your nearest Naturals Salon outlet.
- Inform the cashier about the voucher before availing the service.
- Share the mobile number and OTP to cashier at the time of billing.
- If the bill exceeds the voucher value, pay the remaining amount by other payment methods
- This E- Gift Card can be redeemed till there is value available for a service till 365 days
- This E-Gift Card is valid and can be redeemed against services at Naturals Salons -more than 700 salons
- The E-Gift Card holder/(s) under no circumstances, will be paid cash or cheque in exchange for whole or part of the e-gift card.
- If the purchase amount is more than your Gift card value, you may compliment that purchase in any form of payment accepted by naturals Salon outlets.
- This gift card will not be accepted or redeemed after the expiry date.
- Groom India Natural Salons and Pine Labs Ltd does not take any responsibility of and will not be liable for any replacement or compensation in case of any mishandling of this E-Gift Card.
- Only valid E-Gift Cards at the sole discretion of Groom India – natural Salons shall be accepted for redemption.
