How to Redeem Terms & Conditions

Visit a participating boAt authorized retail store.
Select the boAt products you wish to purchase.
Proceed to the billing counter with your selected items.
Present the boAt Gift Voucher or e-Voucher at the counter.
The voucher code will be validated by the store staff.
The voucher value will be adjusted against the total bill amount.
Pay the remaining balance, if any, using available payment methods.
Collect your products and the purchase receipt.

2. Boat Gift cards can be clubbed with selected offer & promotion.
3. For redemption of the Gift Card, the user needs to add Gift cards amount in the boAt Credits.
4. Boat Gift card cannot be exchanged, revalidated, reissued, replaced
5. Boat Gift Card is valid for 1 (One) Year from the date of issue and cannot be extended or replaced post expiry.
6. Any order placed using this Gift Card if exchanged, refunded or cancelled the amount will be refunded to the boAt wallet.
7. In case a Gift Card is lost, or stolen Boat Lifestyle shall not be liable for the same.
