Cleartrip Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Issuance and Acceptance

Cleartrip Gift Vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) are issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Pine Labs"), authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Vouchers. They are issued under the brand name “Qwikcilver”. By purchasing the e-Gift Voucher(s), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Usage and Redemption

• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online for Hotel bookings on www.cleartrip.com or the Cleartrip Mobile App.
• Gift Vouchers can only be used for hotel bookings on desktops/laptops via www.cleartrip.com.
• Payment methods for purchasing Gift Vouchers include Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other offers, such as discounts or cashbacks on credit/debit cards.

3. Validity and Expiry

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Expired Gift Vouchers may be revalidated upon request, subject to verification and additional terms.
• Each Gift Voucher's maximum value is Rs.10,000.

4. Security and Responsibility

• Cleartrip is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
• Once issued, Gift Vouchers cannot be reissued, and PINs cannot be reset.
• The cardholder must maintain confidentiality of the Gift Voucher details.

5. Payment & Refunds

• If the order value exceeds the Gift Voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
• If the order value is lower, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Voucher for future use.
• Convenience fees apply to all Gift Voucher bookings.
• In case of transaction failures, the amount is automatically refunded to the same Gift Voucher.

6. Fraud and Restrictions

• Cleartrip reserves the right to reject Gift Vouchers suspected of fraud or duplication.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy other Gift Vouchers or redeemed for cash or credit.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded or resold.
• Non-Indian Credit/Debit Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.

7. Legal and Compliance

• Gift Vouchers are subject to RBI regulations and statutory guidelines.
• Cleartrip may request KYC documents for verification.
• Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd./Cleartrip may cancel fraudulent Gift Vouchers and refund the amount to the original payment source.

8. Customer Support and Disputes

• For disputes, refer to the Customer Grievance Policy.

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
