How to Redeem at Offline Stores

Visit your nearest IKEA store.
Select the products you wish to purchase.
Proceed to the billing counter.
Inform the cashier that you would like to pay using an IKEA Gift Card/Voucher.
Provide the physical gift card or share the E-Gift card number and PIN with the cashier.
The voucher amount will be deducted from your total bill value.
If the bill amount exceeds the voucher value, pay the remaining balance using cash, card, or any other available payment method.

1. Add products to your cart on the IKEA App

5. At check-out, select the payment method as “Gift card”
6. Enter the gift card details, complete checkout.

5. Proceed to checkout, in the payment section, select Redeem an IKEA gift card
6. Enter the gift card details, complete checkout.
To use the IKEA gift card in IKEA stores:
1. Visit the outlet near you.
2. At the billing counter inform cashier that you want to use Gift Card.
3. Show your Gift Card details & pay any balance amount by cash or card.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Gift Card will be valid for 1 Year. The validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended. No new/ replacement Gift Card will be provided in lieu of the expired Gift Card.
2. Gift card can only be used in-store and on the IKEA website and IKEA Application for purchases.

4. Any unused balance in the Gift Card at the end of the one (1) year period will be forfeited. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Value stored in a gift card cannot be transferred to another gift card.
5. The gift card can be used multiple times till the balance is exhausted.
6. The gift card (“Gift Card”) is issued by IKEA India Private Limited (“IKEA”) for use by its customers solely for the purchase of products [and services] at IKEA stores in India. It must be returned to IKEA upon request.
7. The bearer of the Gift Card is solely responsible for the safety of the Gift Card. IKEA will not be responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the Gift Card is stolen, lost or used without the permission of the person who purchased the Gift Card from IKEA. IKEA can refuse to accept Gift Cards that are damaged or mutilated and cannot be used on a point-of-sale machine at the specified IKEA store.
8. The Gift Card cannot be used for withdrawing cash. The Gift Card is non-negotiable.
9. The difference in price of IKEA products purchased with the Gift Card and the total balance on the Gift Card will remain as unused balance. Subject to these terms and conditions, the customer may use the Gift Card multiple times until the balance amount has been spent.
10. The amount in a Gift Card cannot be increased after purchase
11. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit at the IKEA stores.
12. IKEA reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if it is found to be acquired fraudulently. In such cases, IKEA will credit the funds back to the same source from where the funds were received.
13. The Gift Card cannot be cancelled by the purchaser after it is purchased. Any cancellations will be at the sole discretion of IKEA.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India. The purchase of the Gift Card is subject to fulfilment of Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) requirements stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India, the Government of India and other statutory authorities from time to time. The purchaser agrees to indemnify IKEA for all claims brought by a third party against IKEA and/or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
15. IKEA does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Cards, including, without any limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
16. IKEA reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without any prior notice to you. All the terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of India.
