2. The person who has the Simple GV Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.

6. Simple Gift Voucher is a One-time use Gift Voucher
7. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given.

10. If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by another payment option.
11. Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
