The Good Bowls Gift Voucher is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/android app
The Good Bowls Gift Voucher is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such Gift Vouchers. These Gift Vouchers are issued under the Brand Name of Qwikcilver
Gift Vouchers are Issued by Pine Labs under the Brand Name of Qwikcilver
Every holder of Gift Vouchers shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Voucher into the EatSure User Account
You agree and understand that the Good Bowls Gift Voucher is a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI under the RBI guidelines. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Good Bowls Gift Voucher and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Good Bowls Gift Voucher and/or transaction undertaken using the Good Bowls Gift Voucher with RBI or such statutory authorities. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Good Bowls Gift Voucher for any such information.
In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC;) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited /Pine Labs retain the right to cancel the Gift Voucher so issued
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Vouchers only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms
The Good Bowls Gift Voucher can be purchased by debit cards and credit cards issued by Indian Banks. No Gift Voucher may be purchased by cash or by prepaid wallets.
The Good Bowls Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Good Bowls Gift Voucher
No cash withdrawal is permissible against the Good Bowls Gift Voucher
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the Good Bowls Gift Voucher if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
In case the order is cancelled within the timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy, wherein the Customer has redeemed the Good Bowls Gift Voucher, in such scenario the Customers’ Good Bowls Gift Voucher shall be credited with the amount equivalent to the redemption amount.
The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Voucher. Upon receipt of such request, the Good Bowls Gift Voucher may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions
To redeem, user must enter the 16-digit Gift Voucher number and the mpin on the payment/check out page
If the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by the user through other available payment modes
The Good Bowls Gift Voucher can be redeemed multiple times until value of the Gift Voucher is exhausted
The balance in the EatSure Wallet shall be deducted when the User makes purchases on the EatSure Platform.
The Gift Voucher can be combined with promotional codes and with other digital payment options.
User cannot club more than 1 Gift Voucher in one order
No fees or charges apply to the purchase Gift Vouchers
Delivery charges and taxes as applicable
This Gift Voucher does not allow any top up or reload
The Good Bowls Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue
The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Voucher. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited and/or Pine Labs are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission
No duplicate card shall be issued
EatSure shall not be held liable or responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher is non-returnable & non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full
Gift Vouchers are normally sent instantly via email/SMS. However, in case of system issues, the delivery may take up to 24 hours.
In case of any disputes, EatSure reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the Gift Voucher
EatSure reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice

E-Gift Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
