Wildcraft Gift Card - Terms & Conditions

• E-Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
• The holder of this E-Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• Valid and redeemable on all products at Wildcraft exclusive brand retail outlets. For store details, refer to the store locator below.
• Not redeemable at the Wildcraft website (https://wildcraft.com), franchisee stores, multi-brand stores, or any online marketplaces.
• Redeemable on all days of the week.
• Only full redemption is allowed. Partial redemption is not permitted; unutilized balance will not be refunded.
• Up to 10 E-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against a single invoice.
• E-Gift Vouchers can be combined with ongoing offers and schemes.
• If there is a balance to be paid after redemption, the customer must pay it using cash or card, including applicable taxes.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• Cannot be revalidated once expired.
• For returns of products bought using the voucher, exchanges will be provided for the value paid by the customer plus the voucher value.
• Any disputes should be referred to Wildcraft India Pvt Ltd, and the decision of the company shall be final.

How to Redeem Wildcraft Gift Card

• Visit any Wildcraft retail store. Check store locator: https://wildcraft.com/store-locator
• Inform the store manager about the intent to use the E-Gift Voucher as payment.
• Once the invoice is raised, share the E-Gift Voucher details with the cashier for validation.
• On successful redemption, the cashier reduces the invoice total by the voucher amount.
• If there is a remaining balance, pay using another accepted payment method (cash or card).
• The transaction is completed once the invoice is fully settled.
