- 1. This is a Charles & Keith (GV)/e-Pay that will be accepted at Aldo, Call it Spring, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Inglot, Victoria's Secret, Victoria's Secret Beauty, Bath & Body Works & R&B stores only.
- 2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- 3. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per the convenience of the holder.
- 4. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
- 5. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. The maximum cumulative GV value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs. 25,000.
- 6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
- 7. Only valid GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Apparel group, shall be accepted for redemption.
- 8. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
- 9. The e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
- 10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
- 11. Apparel group, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
- 12. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
- 13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
- 14. Apparel group or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Apparel group GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
- 15. Apparel group or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Apparel group GV/e-Pay at any time.
