Customer visits the store to purchase a Gift Card.
A physical Gift Card is provided to the customer at the store.
The cashier selects the "Gift Card" tender option in the POS system.
The cashier enters or scans the Gift Card number and PIN in the POS system to upload or redeem the card.
The required value is added to the Gift Card and the payment is completed. During redemption, the system validates the balance and deducts the used amount.
If the bill value is greater than the Gift Card value, the customer pays the remaining balance using cash, card, or UPI.
If any balance remains, it stays on the same Gift Card and can be used for future purchases.
The invoice will mention the Gift Card sale or redemption.

E-Gift Voucher is redeemable only at all Marks and Spencer Stores within the territory of India.
E-Gift Voucher is redeemable only once and only by the bearer.
E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 1 yr from the date of issue.
E-Gift Voucher needs to be used in full. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of e-Gift Voucher, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
No refunds / credit notes shall be issued for unused part of the e-Gift Voucher.
MSR shall not assume any liability in case the e-Gift Voucher pin gets stolen/compromised.
MSR shall neither replace the e-Gift Voucher nor refund cash.
Once the e-Gift Voucher is issued, it will not entertain any request for cancellation.
Any exchange by the bearer will be considered a valid discharge of Marks and Spencer’s liability.
MSR reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this e-Gift Voucher any time without prior notice.
E-Gift Voucher cannot be extended /cannot issue new e-Gift Voucher post expiry.
All returns/refund are subject to Marks & Spencer exchange and return policy.
Marks and Spencer Reliance India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, at its discretion, it deem such as action necessary. This does not affect your Legal standing.
