- The Gift Card is valid on transactions undertaken on the web and app of Cinepolis.
- The Gift Cards are valid on both - Movie Tickets as well as Food and Beverages.
- Gift Card is only valid for cinemas listed on Cinépolis digital channels.
- Movie tickets are subject to availability at the respective Cinépolis Cinemas.
- Only one gift card can be applied to each transaction.
- Tickets once bought through, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged in any form whatsoever.
- Once the booking is completed, the confirmation e-mail/SMS received from Cinépolis, needs to be scanned/exchanged with cinema representatives to enter the cinema premises.
- Cinépolis India Private Limited general rules & regulations are applicable.
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
