Cosmus E-Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Denomination: 500 / 1000 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 / 5000 / 10000
2. E-Voucher is only redeemable on the website: www.cosmus.in
3. E-Voucher is valid for a single purchase only.
4. Partial redemption is not allowed.
5. Multiple E-Vouchers cannot be clubbed for a single retail billing.
6. If the order value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid via other payment modes.
7. Validity: 6 months from the date of activation.
8. E-Voucher can be combined with other cards, vouchers, or offers.
9. Any unused balance on the E-Voucher cannot be encashed or refunded.
10. E-Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
11. Cosmus shall not be held responsible for any misuse, theft, or transfer after delivery of the voucher.

Redemption Process

1. Step 1 – Visit the Cosmus website: www.cosmus.in
2. Step 2 – Select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
3. Step 3 – Click on "Proceed to Checkout" and fill in the delivery details.
4. Step 4 – On the contact information page, click on "Gift Voucher" and select the "Ticket Xpress" voucher.
5. Step 5 – Apply the voucher and complete the transaction.
