This is a Doniv Gift Voucher (GV) that can be redeemed only on the Doniv platform or at select partner outlets, as applicable.
The person in possession of the Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
The Gift Voucher is valid for a single or multiple transactions, as per the voucher type and validity period.
The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another user or account.
The Gift Voucher must be used before the expiry date mentioned; expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Doniv Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired under any circumstances.
The Gift Voucher may be clubbed with existing offers or discounts, unless stated otherwise.
Any unused balance after redemption (if partial redemption is allowed) will remain available till the voucher’s expiry date.
Doniv is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
Doniv reserves the right to cancel or block a Gift Voucher in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
In case of any technical issues during redemption, resolution will be subject to verification by Doniv.
All disputes related to the Gift Voucher shall be subject to Doniv’s final decision.
Doniv reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
