2. Single EGV code will be utilized against single retail billing.
3. This EGV is allowed for one time redemption only. Partial redemption is not applicable.
4. This EGV is valid for 6 months from the date of activation.
5. Multiple EGV's cannot be clubbed in a single retail bill.
6. EGV can be used during end of season or clubbed with existing offers.

8. Any unused balance on the EGV will not be refunded or credited.
9. This EGV can not be exchanged against cash.
10. Accentiv or Fanatic Sports will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if it’s lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
11. End customer is responsible if EGV is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
12. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to the final customer.
13. Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift Voucher Code.

• Step 2 – Customer to share the name, number, email ID including the 10-digit code via the registration form on the banner.
• Step 3 – Fanatic Sports team will connect with the customer through the contact details given, verify the details and process the transaction.
• Step 4 - Post successful verification and confirmation of purchase by the customer, Fanatic Sports will initiate the EGV transaction and share the invoice with the customer within 48 working hours.
