How to Redeem Terms & Conditions

Visit the official Goibibo website or open the Goibibo mobile app.
Search for your preferred flight, hotel, bus, or travel service.
Select the desired option and proceed to the booking/payment page.
Enter your Goibibo Gift Voucher code in the “Gift Card / Promo Code” section.
Click on Apply to redeem the voucher value.
If the booking amount exceeds the voucher value, pay the remaining balance using other available payment methods.
Complete the payment to confirm your booking.

The Gift card is valid for purchases made from Goibibo only and is valid for 12 Months from the date of Purchase.

The Gift card is valid for purchases made at Hotels only.
It can be redeemed online at www.goibibo.com or on the goIbibo Android & IOS app. Please follow the steps listed below:

On the gift cards page, click on 'Add New Gift Card'.
Click on the card link you received or enter the 16-digit card number with the 6-digit PIN.
Tap on 'Add to My Account.
Paying by Gift Card?
On the payments page, select the gift card option to see all your added gift cards.

Click on 'Continue', and the gift card has been redeemed
This Gift card is not valid on Flights, Holiday packages, Homestays, Bus, Rail, VISA, experiences and Car bookings.
This Gift card does not apply to the Pay Later Payment option.
In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
This Gift card/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Goibibo on app or website.
This Gift card is valid for partial redemption. Balance would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.

In case of cancellation of refundable bookings made using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.

In case of cancellations where the gift card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift card.

In no event shall the liability of Goibibo for any claims exceed the value of the card.
