How to Redeem at Offline Stores

1. Visit the official The Good Bowls website or mobile app.

2. Browse the menu and select the bowls or meals you wish to order.

3. Add the selected items to your cart.

4. Proceed to the checkout page.

5. Enter The Good Bowls Gift Voucher code in the “Coupon / Promo Code” field.

6. Click on Apply to redeem the voucher.

7. The voucher value will be adjusted against the order total.

8. Pay the remaining balance, if any, using available payment methods and place the order.

- The Good Bowls Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/android app
- The Good Bowls Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Limited (formerly known as Pine Labs Private Limited), a company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such Gift Cards.
- Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into the EatSure User Account
- You agree and understand that the Good Bowls Gift Card is a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI under the RBI guidelines. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Good Bowls Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Good Bowls Gift Card and/or transaction undertaken using the Good Bowls Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Good Bowls Gift Card for any such information.
- In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC;) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited /Pine Labs retain the right to cancel the Gift Card so issued
- Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms
- The Good Bowls Gift Card can be purchased by debit cards and credit cards issued by Indian Banks. No Gift Card may be purchased by cash or by prepaid wallets.
- The Good Bowls Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Good Bowls Gift Card
- No cash withdrawal is permissible against the Good Bowls Gift Card
- Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the Good Bowls Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
- In case the order is cancelled within the timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy, wherein the Customer has redeemed the Good Bowls Gift Card, in such scenario the Customers’ Good Bowls Gift Card shall be credited with the amount equivalent to the redemption amount.
- The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request, the Good Bowls Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions
- To redeem, user must enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the mpin on the payment/check out page
- If the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the user through other available payment modes
- The Good Bowls Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until value of the Gift Card is exhausted
- The balance in the EatSure Wallet shall be deducted when the User makes purchases on the EatSure Platform.
- The Gift Card can be combined with promotional codes and with other digital payment options.
- User cannot club more than 1 Gift Card in one order
- No fees or charges apply to the purchase Gift Cards
- Delivery charges and taxes as applicable
- This Gift Card does not allow any top up or reload
- The Good Bowls Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue
- The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift card. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited and/or Pine Labs are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission
- No duplicate card shall be issued
- EatSure shall not be held liable or responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this Gift Card.
- The Gift card is non-returnable & non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full
- Gift Cards are normally sent instantly via email/SMS. However, in case of system issues, the delivery may take up to 24 hours.
- In case of any disputes, EatSure reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the Gift Card
- EatSure reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice
