- Regional Restrictions: Keys may be region-locked. Ensure the voucher region matches the account location before activation.
- Device Compatibility: Valid for HMA apps on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
Redemption Rules
Vouchers usually cannot be applied directly within the app if a subscription is already active. Follow these steps:
- For New Accounts: Visit the official HMA retail activation page or the link provided by the reseller.
- For Existing Accounts: Log in to the HMA account control panel and select "Redeem activation code."
- Reseller Codes: Third-party vendor codes may need to be exchanged for an HMA activation key on the official website first.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Direct Purchases: HMA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for direct purchases via their website or Google Play.
- Vouchers/Resellers: HMA does not provide refunds for vouchers bought through third-party retailers. Users must contact the reseller directly.
- Violations: No refunds are granted for accounts violating the Acceptable Use Policy or EULA.
Note: If you have an active subscription, wait for it to expire before redeeming a voucher to avoid creating overlapping licenses.
