2. The person holding the GV e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with existing offers.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services on the Kimirica website.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the holder's convenience.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, the GV is valid for partial redemption. Any unused balance will remain in the e-Pay wallet and can be used across multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. Only valid GV e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Kimirica, shall be accepted for redemption.
10. GV e-Pay cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. Kimirica/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours.
13. Any disputes should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay was received, and its decision shall be final.
14. Kimirica/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
15. Kimirica/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
