1. This Milkbasket GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay can only be redeemed on the Milkbasket App.
2. This GV/e-Pay is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued and is non-transferable.
3. This GV/e-Pay is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
4. If the order value exceeds the GV/e-Pay value, the difference must be paid by another payment option.
5. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
7. Expired GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated.
7. Milkbasket reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for the GV/e-Pay without any prior notice or liability.
8. Milkbasket/GyFTR is not liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed GV/e-Pay and/or unauthorized usage of this GV/e-Pay.
9. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
10. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Milkbasket GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
11. Milkbasket/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
