- No value until activated at register.
- Balance is redeemable only using a Nintendo Account on Nintendo eShop and other Nintendo shopping services to purchase games and other content.
- Use of this code requires Internet access and acceptance of the Nintendo Account User Agreement. Please review at support.nintendo.com before purchasing.
- Compatible accessories and games may be required to use certain downloaded content and are sold separately.
- When the activation code is entered on Nintendo eShop or other Nintendo shopping services, the code balance will be associated with the user’s account and will be non-transferable.
- There will be no remaining balance on the code after redemption.
- The code balance may only be used on a single Nintendo eShop account.
- There is a maximum unused account balance that may be stored on a single account, and the code may therefore be temporarily unredeemable.
- The code balance does not expire, and there are no fees associated with the code. This card is non-reloadable.
- The code balance cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable unless required by law.
- The code balance will not be replaced by Nintendo or the retailer if the code is lost or stolen.

- Third-Party Content: Nintendo is not responsible for third-party content or links provided through the Services.
4. Limited License
- Nintendo License: Nintendo grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial use or modification is prohibited.
- User License: By submitting content, you grant Nintendo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.
5. User Content and Interactive Areas
Users are solely responsible for their content and participation. Nintendo reserves the right to monitor or remove content to comply with laws or protect users.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the Services, including engaging in unlawful, abusive, harmful, or disruptive activities, or attempting unauthorized access.
7. Registration and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
8. Submissions
All submissions become the sole property of Nintendo and may be used without compensation or acknowledgment.
9. Copyright Infringement
Nintendo respects intellectual property rights and provides procedures to report infringement.
10. Modification or Termination
Nintendo may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice or liability.
