2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products available on the Nua website, except the Nua subscription.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of the holder.
5. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
6. The Nua e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. The GV/e-pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
8. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
9. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Nua shall be accepted for redemption.
10. Nua/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
11. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
12. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
13. Nua/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
14. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with existing offers on the website.
