How to Redeem Terms & Conditions

1. This is a ShemarooMe GV/GC (Gift Voucher/GiftCard) and will be accepted on the ShemarooMe Android App and at www.shemaroome.com/.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
4. A single GV/GC can be used in one bill/transaction.

7. The end user shall be bound by the terms of use and privacy policy as stated on the ShemarooMe website https://www.shemaroome.com/ and application. The end user shall be responsible for checking the terms of use on the website/application from time to time.
8. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
9. The offer is valid for all the products available on www.ShemarooMe.in.
10. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
11. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. ShemarooMe/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
13. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
14. ShemarooMe shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept GV/GC, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of ShemarooMe, GV/GC may not get accepted on the website, and ShemarooMe shall have no liability for the same.
15. ShemarooMe may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
16. ShemarooMe reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
17. In no event shall the liability of ShemarooMe for any claims exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
18. ShemarooMe reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
19. ShemarooMe/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
