• This is a Skullcandy Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Voucher (GC) and can be redeemed on skullcandy.in.
• The person holding the Skullcandy GV / GC Code is deemed the beneficiary.
• Skullcandy is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
• Only one GV / GC can be used per bill/transaction.
• This is a one-time use GV / GC with an expiration date.
• No credit note or refund will be given for any unused balance amount.
• Unused balance will automatically lapse.
• GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
• GV / GC can be clubbed with one existing offer on the Skullcandy website.
• GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as notified on the website. Skullcandy may modify these dates at its discretion.
• Disputes related to GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company, whose decision is final. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction for legal disputes.
• Skullcandy will make best efforts to accept GV / GC, but technical or other uncontrollable issues may prevent acceptance without liability.
• If a GV / GC is blocked due to technical issues, it will be enabled within 72 hours. Failed transactions will be refunded to the original card within 48 hours.

• Skullcandy has final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

• Skullcandy may deny acceptance of any GV / GC suspected of duplicity.
• Liability of Skullcandy for any claim shall not exceed the value of the GV / GC in dispute.
