Speciality Gift Voucher - Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: The gift voucher is valid for the period mentioned on the voucher from the date of issue.
2. Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3. Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed only at participating Speciality outlets or official platforms.
4. Single Use: The voucher is valid for one-time redemption only. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
5. Partial Payment: If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the balance amount must be paid by the customer.
6. No Replacement: Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
7. Expiry: Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
8. Offers & Discounts: The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons unless specified.
9. Taxes: All applicable taxes must be borne by the customer.
10. Outlet Policies: Redemption is subject to the terms and policies of the participating outlet.
11. Right to Amend: Speciality reserves the right to modify or withdraw the voucher and its terms without prior notice.
