- 2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- 3. The GV/GC will be converted into 'EatSure wallet balance', and the wallet balance can be used partially.
- 4. Multiple GV/GC can be combined and added to the EatSure wallet balance.
- 5. The wallet balance must be linked to the registered mobile number and can be automatically fetched on the EatSure app.
- 6. GV/GC can be used to buy discounted items on the EatSure app, but it cannot be clubbed with other aggregator offers.
- 7. The GV/GC cannot be transferred to another wallet account, exchanged for cash, or used for any other form of currency.
- 8. Rebel Foods Private Limited, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/GC or wallet balance.
- 9. Once purchased, the GV/GC is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- 10. Lost GV/GCs will not be refunded, and expired balances cannot be revalidated.
- 11. If the order value exceeds the wallet balance, the remaining amount must be paid via other available payment methods.
