The TRH Gift Cards shall be redeemable on www.thereadinghabit.in; a customer registration on TRH platform is mandatory for redeeming a gift card
To redeem the gift card you need to Go to Your Account and click on Gift Card Balance. Enter your gift card number and PIN in the designated fields in the Add Gift Card Details section. Click on "Submit" to bank the gift card to your gift card balance. During checkout, while subscribing to a plan apply the Gift Card Balance; and it will be deducted from the payable amount
The gift card balance can be used to pay for the subscription amount, registration fee, refundable security deposit as well as any taxes on the The Reading Habit platform
The gift card is rendered unusable after the amount has been added to the gift card balance linked to a customer account. The gift card cannot be banked to the gift card balance of an other customer.
The Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 Months from the date of activation
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and once purchased are non refundable.
In case of a damaged physical Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued by Gift Card Issuer to the end customer
If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
The available balance and transaction history for a gift card can only be checked by adding the gift card to the gift card balance linked to a customer account on www.thereadinghabit.in
