The Bombay House Gift Voucher - Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: The gift voucher is valid for the period mentioned on the voucher from the date of issue.
2. Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3. Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed only at The Bombay House outlet(s).
4. Single Use: The voucher is valid for one-time redemption only. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
5. Partial Payment: If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the balance amount must be paid by the customer.
6. Advance Reservation: Prior table reservation is recommended and is subject to availability.
7. No Replacement: Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
8. Expiry: Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
9. Offers & Discounts: The voucher cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified.
10. Taxes: All applicable taxes and service charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.
11. Outlet Policies: Redemption is subject to restaurant policies and management discretion.
12. Right to Amend: The Bombay House reserves the right to amend or withdraw the voucher and its terms without prior notice.
