How to Redeem Your Gift Voucher

Download App / Visit Site:
Install the relevant app (e.g., JioMart or the respective Hyper Mart’s app) or visit their official website.
Login / Create Account:
Sign in using your registered credentials or create a new account.
Shop:
Browse and add your desired products to the cart.
Checkout:
Proceed to the checkout page once shopping is complete.
Enter Code:
Look for an option such as “Add Gift Card / Voucher Code” or “Apply Coupon” and enter your 16-digit voucher code.
Apply & Redeem:
Click on “Redeem” or “Apply”. The voucher amount will be deducted from your total payable amount.

Voucher Usage Terms & Conditions

Usage:
Redeemable only at Value Zone Hyper Mart physical stores. Not valid for online or in-app purchases.
Cash Value:
Cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or other gift cards.
Expiry:
Valid only until the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated.
Single Use / Partial Redemption:
Typically valid for one-time use. If the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the customer. No cash or balance will be returned for underutilized amounts.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
VMRL will not be responsible for, or replace, lost or stolen vouchers. Please treat the voucher like cash.
Returns & Refunds:
Standard store return policies apply. Any approved refunds will be issued as exchange vouchers or credit notes and not in cash.
Exclusions:
Voucher may not be applicable on selected items (such as FMCG/Kirana products) and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
