2. William Penn e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers can be redeemed both online at williampenn.net or at any of our stores (except Shop-in-Shops).
3. If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers amount, the balance must be paid by Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking wherever relevant.
4. Physical Gift Vouchers hold no value until activated with minimum balance of Rs. 500 at an exclusive William Penn store.
5. e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers have a validity of 12 months from the date of activation
6. e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or Credit, but are transferable.
7. Physical Gift Vouchers can be further reloaded with any additional amount. However, e-Gift Voucher cannot be further re-loaded and has to be bought afresh.
8. net/QwikCilver Solutions are not responsible if e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers are lost or stolen.
9. Validity of e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers cannot be extended; new e-Gift Vouchers /Physical Gift Vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Vouchers.
