How to Redeem Terms & Conditions

Visit the official Yatra website or open the Yatra mobile app.
Search for hotels by entering your destination, check-in and check-out dates.
Select the preferred hotel and room type.
Proceed to the booking and payment page.
Enter the Gift Voucher / e-Gift Card code in the voucher or promo code section.
Apply the code to redeem the voucher value.
If the booking amount exceeds the voucher value, pay the remaining amount using other payment methods.

1. This is a Yatra Hotel Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and will be accepted only online on the mobile application and on the website at www.yatra.com.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. GV/GC is valid for Domestic Hotel bookings only.
4. GV/GC is not applicable for bookings of Flights, Holidays, Buses, Prime, or any other categories.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
6. Up to three GV/GC can be combined and used in a single transaction.
7. This GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com.
8. No additional Discount/reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the GV/GC.
9. If a purchase is equal to the value of the GV/GC, then the customer will have to pay the balance amount from any other mode of payment.
10. If a purchase is less than the value of the GV/GC, then the customer can avail the discount up to the value of the purchase only. The balance GV/GC amount will be forfeited.
11. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceeds the GV/GC value).
12. GV/GC once expired can't be revalidated further.
13. Yatra is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of the redemption request placement and the date of using the GV/GC during booking.
14. In case of cancellations from the principal end, the GV/GC (valid) amount will be used for the next booking after deducting the standard cancellation charges.
15. In case of cancellation from the customer's end GV/GCr amount will be forfeited.
16. All the terms and conditions of the GV/GC as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra as mentioned on the website www.yatra.com, and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall apply to the Customer.
17. Any legal disputes regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, only.
18. GV/GCs are for individual use only. Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of the booking, and no refund would be made.
19. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
20. Yatra/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
21. Yatra may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
22. Yatra/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
