YLG Salon Gift Voucher (“Gift Voucher”) is issued by YLG Salon (the “Issuer”) and is redeemable only at participating YLG Salon outlets in India. By purchasing and/or redeeming this Gift Voucher, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Gift Voucher is valid for the period mentioned on the voucher from the date of issue and must be redeemed within the stated validity period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The Gift Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other monetary instrument. Once issued, the voucher cannot be cancelled or returned.
The Gift Voucher is valid for one-time use only. Any unused balance amount, if applicable, will not be carried forward or refunded.
The Gift Voucher can be redeemed only at participating YLG Salon outlets and only for services or categories specifically mentioned. It cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotional schemes unless explicitly stated by YLG Salon.
Prior appointment is recommended and redemption of the voucher is subject to service availability at the selected outlet.
If the total bill value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the customer using any accepted payment method at the salon.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the Gift Voucher will not be the responsibility of YLG Salon. The Issuer shall not be liable for replacement or compensation in such cases.
YLG Salon reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or withdraw the Gift Voucher and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Gift Voucher is a prepaid instrument and may be subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines in India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Gift Voucher shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where YLG Salon is headquartered.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
