Terms & Conditions

1. This is an Organic India GV/e-Pay that will be accepted at the listed retail stores/outlets.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The beneficiary should inform the cashier of the intent to use the GV/e-Pay for making payment before billing.
4. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
5. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with the existing offers.
6. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance.
7. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the convenience of the holder.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. The Organic India GV/e-Pay can be used for purchases at the listed retail stores/outlets.
10. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
11. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
12. The Organic India GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Organic India may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
13. Only valid Organic India GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Organic India shall be accepted for redemption.
14. Organic India makes full efforts to accept the GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical reasons, the same may not be redeemed.
15. Organic India/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
16. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Organic India GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
18. Organic India/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
