Pizza Hut Gift Card Redemption Steps
At Offline Outlets:
- Customer comes to Pizza Hut outlet and expresses their intent of using the Gift Card as a payment mode.
- Selects merchandise and shares gift card details with the cashier.
- Cashier prepares the invoice and selects gift card tender as the payment mode.
- Customer submits gift card details i.e., Card number, PIN, and amount in the suggested field.
- Qwikcilver system validates card details and displays the card balance as a response.
- On successful validation, the cashier is prompted to click the redeem button. After confirmation from the customer, the card gets redeemed.
- On successful redemption, the total invoice value is reduced by the redeemed value.
- If the total invoice value exceeds the GC redeemed value, the customer must pay the balance using another payment mode like credit/debit/wallet or cash.
- On successful payment, the bill is closed.
At Online (E-Commerce Portal / Mobile App):
- Customer selects the product.
- Reaches the checkout page to apply the voucher code/coupon and Gift Card details.
- Selects Gift Card as the payment option on Checkout.
- The first 5 digits of the gift card will be pre-selected; customer inputs the remaining digits.
- Submits the PIN for validation after entering card details.
- System validates card details and displays the available amount to redeem.
- Customer clicks the redemption button.
- On successful redemption, the total invoice value is reduced by the Gift Card redeemed value.
- System displays the balance amount (if any) to be paid by the customer.
- Customer pays the balance amount using another accepted mode of payment like Credit Card, Debit Card, or wallet.
- Customer completes the checkout process; transaction is completed, and order is confirmed.
