Customer must go to any of the Rangoli saree offline Retail Outlet - please refer this link: Rangoli Stores.
Inform the store manager of your intent to use the Rangoli Saree Gift Card as a payment mode.
Once the invoice is raised, the customer must be ready with card details – Card Number & PIN.
Cashier selects the Gift Card menu in the Pine Labs device → Balance Enquiry → Inputs 16-digit Card Number → System validates card details and displays balance (merchant can also take a print of the charge slip).
Cashier seeks the customer’s confirmation on the amount to be redeemed → Selects Gift Card in menu bar → Selects redeem option → Inputs 16-digit Card Number with PIN and the amount to be redeemed → System validates and redeems.
On successful redemption, the merchant reduces the redeemed amount from the total invoice value. The customer must pay the remaining balance (if any) using another payment mode (Cash or Credit Card) and settle the invoice.
Transaction gets completed upon successful invoice settlement.
