How to Redeem at Offline Stores

Visit PVR cinemas outlets.
Before making the purchase confirm about the acceptance of Gift Card at the outlet.
Show your Gift Card details to the cashier at the time of billing & pay any balance amount by cash or card.
To redeem online visit www.pvrcinemas.com, choose Gift Card as payment mode and enter Gift Card details.

PVR INOX E-Gift Card(s) is valid on all PVR INOX Cinemas (PVR INOX Management properties*) & can be used online on www.pvrcinemas.com & www.inoxmovies.com or PVR and INOX Mobile app.
Multiple PVR INOX E-Gift Card(s) can be used in a single transaction and the balance can be combined with any other payment options.
PVR INOX E-Gift Card can also be redeemed partially, as many times as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or it expires, whichever is earlier.
PVR INOX E-Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase/activation.
This PVR E-Gift Card is suitable for all gifting purposes and can be redeemed on the PVR INOX website & Mobile App.
If lost/misused, the PVR INOX E-Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced. PVR INOX E-Gift Cards are void if resold, cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past the expiry date.
PVR INOX Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card to encash the value.
PVR INOX Gift Card value can be redeemed based on the availability of Tickets & F&B.
PVR INOX E-Gift Card(s) can be redeemed ONLY ONCE on cinemas; however, the entire/balance amount can be used multiple times on the PVR INOX web & app.
PVR INOX E-Gift Card(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

How does a customer redeem their Gift Card online? - To redeem a Gift Card online, the customer simply selects the option to pay with a Gift Card at checkout and enters the Gift Card number and PIN.
Can a customer use their Gift Card for multiple transactions? - Yes, a customer can use their Gift Card for multiple transactions until the total balance is exhausted or till the Gift Card expiry, whichever comes first.

What should a customer do if their Gift Card is lost or stolen? - Unfortunately, lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. Customers should treat their Gift Card like cash.
Can a customer reload their Gift Card? - Currently, reloading Gift Cards is not available. Once the balance is exhausted, a new Gift Card must be purchased.
Does a customer’s Gift Card have an expiration date? - Yes, Gift Cards typically have an expiration date. Customers should check the terms and conditions for the specific validity period of their Gift Card.
Can a customer check the balance of their Gift Card? - Yes, customers can check their Gift Card balance online or at any PVR INOX cinema.
Can a customer get a refund on their Gift Card? - Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens if a customer’s purchase exceeds the balance on their Gift Card? - If a customer’s purchase amount exceeds the balance on their Gift Card, they can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
